8 week coaching $150 includes weekly check in via email and initial consultation and a four-week 20 min assessment via phone or in person and end of coaching assessment via phone or in person.
12 week coaching $250 includes weekly check ins via email and initial consultation PLUS biweekly 20min phone or in person check-ins as well as initial and end of coaching consultation.
